I think the absence of lag is the big MX win here. The Logitech drivers are working quite well; it uses the same driver Logitech Control Center 1.
That may help others when they’re searching here for answers to similar problems The extra buttons on the MX might be nice as well, but aren’t a bug deal for me. The Logitech support is minimal.
